Vitamins are of 2 types i.e. fat dissolved and water dissolved. Vitamin  E is a fat dissolved vitamin. Our body needs water dissolved vitamin daily because it dissolved from our body through urine. Vitamin E required for our body in special circumstances.
Vitamin E is rich in antioxidants that prevent our body from many types of diseases. It plays a great role in the immune system and metabolic process. OVERDOSAGE OF VITAMIN E

The daily dosage of vitamin E can be fulfilled by taking a proper diet. Extra dosage of vitamin E is taken when a person is suffering from any diseases like hair fall, defective digestive system, and mental stress, etc. Overdose is the maximum limit to take vitamin E and consuming it above overdose can be very harmful.


  • 1-3 years 200 mg/day
  • 4-8 years 300 mg/day
  • 9-13 years 600 mg/day
  • 14-18 years 800 mg/day
  • 18 years and above 1000mg/day


WARNING

A vitamin E capsule is 400 mg so it is not recommended to use for children below 8 years. Our body needs only 15 mg/day of vitamin E and a breastfeeding lady needs only 19 mg/day. So it will not be beneficial to intake a capsule a day because the actual quantity of a capsule is much more than the actually needed dose. It is safe to use vitamin E oil externally. Intake capsules only on the doctor's recommendation. It is also not useful to apply a capsule oil on the skin because it grows facial hair. Apply or use only a little quantity.
